The Fountain of Praise affirms the spirit of giving by sharing with disadvantaged families. In 2006, over 750 children were provided gifts. The proceeds generated from this benefit will be used to purchase gifts for The Fountain of Praise Community Toy Drive and children in the following programs:
   
 
Star of Hope Transitional Living Center
This ministry began in 1986 when the face of homelessness began to change and women with their children were fleeing sexual and or physically abusive situations while seeking a safe place to stay. The agency provides transitional housing along with programs that help their clients secure permanent housing, as well as seek employment and continue education while

  Kinder Emergency Shelter (formerly Chimney Rock Center)
Kinder Emergency Shelter provides shelter to youth ages 12 to 17 who need to be seperated from threatening home situations or who are in custody of The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Up to 24 youths, ages 12 to 17, reside at the shelter for approximately 90 days. The shelter admits (300) youths per year.   -View Website

Incarcerated parents sign up to have church volunteers deliver gifts to their children at Christmas. The gifts are presented as being from the incarcerated parents-assuring the children that they have not been forgotten!   -View Website
   
       
 
  The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Inc.
As an agent of change, The Bridge assists women and children in crisis, particularly survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and homelessness. To this end, The Bridge advocates for the oppressed; provides shelter, food and clothing to the needy.  -View Website
